Determination of multi-elements in Polygonatum odoratum by ICP-AES and ICP-MS
摘要
Abstract
A method for determination of 23 elements in Polygonatum odoratum by ICP-AES and ICP-MS with microwave digestion is developed.The content of K is the highest,reaching 8 652 μg/g,Ca,Mg,Al,Fe are 2 158,696,444,191 μg/g,Pb,Tl,Cd are 0.71,0.43,0.063 μg/g respectively.Be is at least,only 0.028 μg/g.The results are in agreement with three certified values,with precision of all elements (n =12)in the range of 0.5% -6.9%.关键词
