超声陶瓷膜处理废矿物油试验研究
Experimental study on filtration of waste mineral oil using ceramic membrane with ultrasonic

Abstract
For the purpose of environmental protection and resource recovery,in this study an approach com-bined ceramic membrane with ultrasonic processing was used to filter waste mineral oil to improve the separation of oil and water.The effects of membrane pore size,membrane material,temperature,pressure and ultrasonic frequency on the membrane flux were investigated.The result shows that the best performance of separation can be achieved with zirconium oxide membrane of 200 nm pore size under the condition of 40 ℃,0.1 MPa pres-sure,and 20 -25 kHz ultrasonic frequency.Under this condition,the membrane flux and the retention rate could reach 500 L·m -2 ·h -1 and 99.9%.关键词
