Abstract
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common malignant tumor of urinary system, and its incidence and mortality rates are gradually increasing in recent years. Imaging examinations play an important role in qualitative diagnosing, grading and the evaluation of treatment response of RCC. CT perfusion imaging (CTPI) is a functional imaging technology, which can comprehensively and noninvasively detect the microcirculation perfusion of the whole tumor. Hence CTPI become a research hotspot in the studies of RCC. CTPI perfusion parameters can not only contribute to the subtypes judgment of RCC, but also can differentiate from renal pelvic carcinoma and renal angiomyolipomas lack of fat, predict RCC pathologic stage, evaluate the efficacy of non-excision therapy of the primary lesions and metastases of RCC, and predict the prognosis. We reviewed the research status and progress of CTPI in the aspects mentioned above.关键词
