肾癌患者血清中miR-126的异常表达及其临床意义
Analysis of miR-126 expression in serum of patients with renal cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective: To investigate miR-126 expression in serum of patients with renal cell carcinoma and the correlations between expression of miR-126 and clinical pathologic characteristics, which lays a theoretical foundation for the further study.Methods: 35 serum samples in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) were collected before surgery. Moreover, the study includes 35 healthy controls. Using the real-time PCR detects the expression level of miR-126 in patients with RCC, and in healthy controls.Results: hTe expression levels of miR-126 in serum with RCC is decreased compared with the health control (P<0.05). In 35 serum samples of patients with RCC, 31 samples of miR-126 expression were down-regulate (88.57%), and 4 samples of miR-126 expression were up-regulate (11.43%). Expression of miR-126 was not related with the age of patients, the gender, tumor size, histology, TNM stage.Conclusion: The expression levels of miR-126 in patients with RCC are significantly decreased, which suggests that miR-126 expression may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of RCC.关键词
