Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features and diagnostic criteria of salivary gland acinar cell carcinoma.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the features of clinicopathology and immunohistochemistry of a case of salivary gland acinar cell carcinoma, and combined together the review of the literatures.Results: Under light microscope, the tumor cell body was wide, and basophilic cytoplasm was ifne granular, nuclear round tumor cell growth was gland bubbly or slice solid growth, area of tumor was the papillary change, this case showed positive immunostaining for AE1/AE3, CK8/18, CK7, AAT and S-100.Conclusion: Salivary gland acinar cell carcinoma has a low incidence, but its frequent position of invasion and typical histology shape, combining together immunohistochemistry methods, will make for diagnosis and differential diagnosis possible.关键词
