食管癌患者血清白细胞介素和急性时相反应蛋白水平及其临床意义
Serum levels of interleukin and acute phase reaction proteins in patients with esophageal cancer and their clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10 (IL-10),interleukin-18(IL-18) and C-reactive protein ( CRP ) , transferrin and prealbumin in patients with esophageal cancer and their clinical significance .Methods one hundred and sixty patients with esophageal cancer were selected as esophageal cancer group ,including 82 cases of early stage ( stageⅠtoⅡ) and 78 cases of advanced stage ( stageⅢtoⅣ) .And 140 healthy individuals during the same period were enrolled as control group . The serum levels of IL-8,IL-10,IL-18,CRP,transferrin and prealbumin were detected in all subjects .Results The serum levels of IL-8, IL-18 and CRP in the esophageal cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).And the levels of IL-8, IL-18 and CRP were higher with the increase of the tumor stage (P<0.05).The levels of IL-8,IL-18 and CRP in the patients with tumor metastasis were higher than those in the patients without tumor metastasis(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-10,transferrin and prealbumin in the esophageal cancer group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the levels of IL-10,transferrin and prealbumin were lower with the increase of the tumor stage(P<0.05).The levels of IL-10,transferrin and prealbumin in the patients with tumor metastasis were lower than those in the patients without tumor metastasis ( P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of serum interleukins and acute phase reaction proteins in patients with esophageal cancer can reflect the changes of the disease ,and is helpful for the clinical staging of esophageal cancer .关键词
