白内障超声乳化吸出术中虹膜松弛综合征的危险因素

Abstract
Objective To explore the incidence and risk factors of intraoperative floppy iris syndrome (IFIS) during phacoemulsification. Methods A total of 654 patients undergoing phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were enrolled .The potential factors influencing the incidence of IFIS ,such as the preoperative medication ,the duration of taking drugs ,complications and etc .,were recorded . Univariate logistic analysis and binary logistic analysis were used to analyze the risk factors for IFIS .Results Among 708 eyes ( 654 cases),IFIS occurred in 19 eyes(19 cases),and the incidence of IFIS was 2.68%.Of the 19 cases,11 were taken tamsulosin(57.89%), 10 were complicated with diabetes (52.63%),7 were complicated with hypertension(36.84%),2 without preoperative medication or other basic diseases .Multivariate logistic unconditional regression analysis revealed that the use of tamsulosin and being complicated with diabetes were the risk factors for IFIS(P<0.05).There was no significant different in the incidence of IFIS among the patients with different taking durations of tamsulosin(P>0.05).Conclusion IFIS occurs during phacoemulsification correlates with the used of tamsulosin and being complicated with diabetes ,but does not correlate with the taking duration of tamsulosin .关键词
