Study on Medium to Long-Term Preservation Technology of Molasses Alcohol Yeast
摘要
Abstract
The improved glycerol freezing preservation method of preserving molasses alcohol yeast was introduced. The results showed that the morphology and main characteristics of yeast remained good after 5 years in the improved glycerol freezing preservation with simple operation and economical efficiency, which could satisfy medium and long term preservation requirements of molasses alcohol production strains.关键词
