Abstract
Objective: To observe clinical periodontal basic treatment for patients with chronic peri-odontitis gingival sulcus fluid interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha and the influence of serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein.Methods: From January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital diagnosis and treat-ment of 43 cases of chronic periodontitis patients and normal healthy check-up 43 cases do observe group and control group respectively, observation group was given periodontal treatment, compared two groups of a gien treatment effect.Results:The clinical observation group of patients before treatment and inflammatory index were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01), the indicators of observation group of patients after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased (P < 0.05), but it was still significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Clinical application of periodontal basic treatment for patients with chronic periodontitis can obviously improve the patientˊs periodontal condition, reduce the IL - 6, TNF alpha, hs - CRP levels, worthy of promotion and application.关键词
