Study on the Effect of Glucose Metabolism Related Indexes by Small dose of Metformin Combined with the Blood House of Blood Stasis Pill in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of glucose metabolism related indexes by small dose of metformin combined with the blood house of blood stasis pill in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Meth-ods: 82 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the reproductive center were selected and randomly divided into the control group (39 cases) and the experiment group (43 cases).The control group were treated by blood stasis pill and the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with small dose met-formin.The blood glucose, sex hormone, insulin level and HOMA index were tested and compared after treat-ment.Results: Compared with before treatment,the fasting and insulin levels in two hours of administration of glucose were lower (P<0.05) ,the HOMA index were higher (P<0.05),the testosterone levels, LH and LH/FSH ratios were lower (P <0.05) ,the sex hormone binding protein were higher (P <0.05). Conclusion:Small dose of metformin combined with blood house by Yu Yu pill for women with polycystic ovary syndrome has the effect of alleviating insulin resistance, increasing the success rate of pregnancy, treatment of patients with infertility.关键词
