人工全髋关节置换术和股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折临床疗效分析
Total Hip Arthroplasty and Femoral Head Replacement on Treating Femoral Neck Fractures in the Elderly

Abstract
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of total hip arthroplasty and femoral head re-placement on treating femoral neck fracture, and to explore the choice of the surgical method. Methods: 98 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture hospitalized in our hospital were chosen for the study, 50 cases of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty, for the hip home group (group A); 48 cases of patients with femoral head replacement, for the hemiarthroplasty group (group B). Operative time, preoperative prepa-ration, blood loss, postoperative complications and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed generally. All the patients were followed up for observation of long-term efficacy. Results:The operative time of group A was significantly longer than group B, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Preoperative preparation of the groups were not statis-tically significant; The blood loss of group A was significantly more than the group B, the difference was statis-tically significant (P <0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications of group A is 8%, significantly lower than the 35.4% of group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); There was no signifi-cant difference in hospitalization time of the two groups;The long-term efficacy of group A was significantly better than group B. Conclusion: Total hip arthroplasty and femoral head replacement for treating femoral neck fractures has a significant effect, but the long-term efficacy of total hip arthroplasty is better than femoral head replacement.关键词
