舒利迭联合孟鲁斯特对中重度老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期效果分析

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of Montelukast combined with salmeterol in treatment of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stable stage in elderly. Methods: 138 cases of COPD at stable stage in elderly were divided into control group (n = 69) and treatment group (n =69). The patients of control group were given aminophylline combine with Mucosolvan. The patients of treat-ment group were given montelukast combined with salmeterol on the basis of mucosolvan. The lung function , HRQoL and 6min walk test of two groups were analyzed. Results:①Compared with before treatment , FEV1, FEV1 / FVC and FEV1%Pred showed a significant rise after treatment of two groups (P<0.05), those in the treatment group increased more obviously(P<0.05). ②Compared with before treatment , 6min walk test of two groups showed a significant rise after treatment in treatment groups(P<0.05), and the different between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). ③The scores of symptom, influence and activity of treat-ment group showed a significantly decrease after treatment ( P < 0.05), and the different between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Montelukast combined with salmeterol can improve lung function and living quality. And it is good treatment program for moderate and severe COPD at stable stage in elderly.关键词
