不同缝合方式对胆肠吻合术后并发症的影响
Influence of Different Suture Methods on Complications after Roux-en-y Anastomosis

Abstract
Objective: To observe the influence of different suture methods on complications after roux-en-y anastomosis. Methods: 165 cases treated with roux-en-y anastomosis in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2014 were selected and divided into three groups, group A, group B and group C, each group with 55 cases. Three groups were respectively treated with simple interrupted, simple continuous and parachute continuous suture. The complications of three groups were compared. Results:The bile duct diameter, bile duct wall edema and incidence of bile peritonitis of three groups had no evident difference(P>0.05). The bil-ioenteric anastomosis time of group A was evidently longer than that of group B and group C(P<0.05). The difference between group B and group C had no statistical significance(P >0.05).T tube placement rate of group A and group B was evidently higher than that of group C(P<0.05), and there was no evident difference between group B and group C(P>0.05). The incidence of bile leakage and biliary narrow of group A was evi-dently higher than that of group B and group C(P<0.05), and group B was more evident than group C(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Parachute continuous suture has evident effect to reduce the incidence of complications of roux-en-y anastomosis.关键词
