动脉栓塞化疗联合射频消融治疗原发性肝癌临床疗效分析OACSTPCD
Analysis of the Artery Embolism Chemotherapy with Radiofrequency Ablation Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer
目的：：评价动脉栓塞化疗联合射频消融治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法：选取66例于2013年3月至2015年3月在我院肿瘤科住院治疗的原发性肝癌患者，遵照随机数字表法分层随机分为试验组和对照组各33例，入组的所有患者在治疗方案上均选取动脉栓塞化疗，且试验组患者同时加用射频消融治疗，比较不同治疗方案对患者肝功能的影响及2年后患者肿瘤的复发率。结果：治疗后试验组患者的肝功能指标改善程度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)；复发率则较对…查看全部>>
