Nursing Intervention on the Blood Pressure Control and Compliance in Patients with Primary Hypertension Discovered in a Health Examination
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the blood pressure and com-pliance in patients with primary hypertension discovered in a health examination. Methods: A total of 80 eligi-ble patients were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients of the control group were given usual care, while those of the observation group given with nursing intervention, and the blood pressure attainment rates and treatment compliances were compared between the two groups. Results:After 1 month and 3 months of nursing care, the patients of the observation group had significantly different scores of compliance behavior scale compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of nursing care, the patient of both groups had significantly lower scores of compli-ance behavior scale than those after 1m of nursing care (P <0.05). After 1 month and 3 months of nursing care, both groups had significantly decreased diastolic pressures and systolic pressures, but the observation group had significantly greater decreasing extents than the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of nursing care, the attainment rate of the observation group was 80.00%, and was significantly higher than that of the control group (50.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance, effectively control blood pressure, and elevate blood pressure, control attainment rate in patients with primary hypertension discovered in a health examination.关键词
