HRCT对肺小气道病变的诊断价值分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of HRCT in the diagnosis of small airway disease. Methods From August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital to be diagnosed as small airway lesions of 118 patients as research data, all patients with HRCT examination, chest X-ray, spiral CT examination, compared the three kinds of inspection for small airway disease signs ( small wall thickness, mosaic sign, tree bud sign, air retention sign, etc) . Results The number of HRCT in the small airway lesions was the most, and the number of CT and chest X-ray film examination was statistically significant (χ2=5. 823、χ2=3. 846,P<0. 05). Conclusion HRCT is an excellent imaging examination method, which is used in the diagnosis of small airway diseases such as small airway diseases, such as thin wall thickening, mosaic sign, tree bud sign, air retention sign and so on.关键词
