Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of cesarean myomectomy. Methods Choose between January 2010 and December 2015 hospitalized in our department,67 patients underwent cesarean myomectomy ( observation group) were compared-with the contol group consisted of 100 patients without uterine myoma who underwent cesaran section alone. Compare two groups of pa-tients with surgery and postoperative recovery. Results The average duration of operation was more than 19 mins longer in the study group compared with that of thecontrol,but the amount of blood loss or drop in average haemoglobin,and rehabilitation during postoper-ation weresimilar between them. Conclusion In selective patients,cesarean myomectomy is not a hazardous procedure andcan be per-formed safely by experienced obstetricians.关键词
