摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the interferon induced transmembrane protein to inhibit the action of the pediatric influenza virus and its mechanism. Methods Real time fluorescence quantitative technique carries on the quantitative analysis of gene expression, gene expression of normalized first, and then to adjust the technology of real-time fluorescence quantitative detection conditions, anal-ysis of the stability of the protein gene amplification, sensitivity and specificity, and so on, to build a system method for internal genes, purpose, accurately determine the level of gene expression in the cell, the analysis of the influenza virus and NS protein IF-ITM1/2/3, the relationship between the expression level of and the IFITM1/2/3 of the quantity of protein expression was quantitative detection. Results The A549 cell lines after interferon inducing IFITM1, IFITM2, IFITM3 DNA copy number increased significant-ly. Conclusion IFITM1, IFITM2, IFITM3 NS for influenza virus protein have inhibition effects.
