摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of improved disposablemout hpiece on t he comfort of postoperative nasal packing in patients wit hbilateral nasal cavity. Methods Retrospectively in our department 162 cases of bilateral nasal packing after endoscop-ic sinus surgery were randomly divided into control group ( CG group:81 cases) and observation group ( OG group:81 cases) and the control group in nasal cavity and postoperative routine nursing care,observation group application amount disposable mout hpiece on the basis of conventional care, and the observation of comfort of patients. Results The group of comfort was significantly higher than the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The improved disposable mout hpiece to after endoscopic sinus surgery for bilateral comfort in patients with nasal packing improve, promote the postoperative recovery.关键词
