摘要
Abstract
Objective To neonatal via peripheral venous indwelling central venous catheter ( PICC) catheter nursing care were discussed. Methods Select our hospital in April 2013 to April 2015 via peripheral venous indwelling central venous catheter insertion of 92 newborns as research object, according to the draw method were randomly divided into experimental group (n=46) and the con-trol group (n=46), newborns of the experimental group adopts comprehensive care, newborn is the conventional nursing. in the con-trol group. The newborn's recovery in the two groups as well as the occurrence of complications. Results In two groups of neonatal care, postoperative recovery of neonatal cases in experimental group is better, the newborn's local venous catheter site redness dissipa-tion rate (22. 3±4. 7) min, obviously than the control group of dissipation rate (30. 4 ±5. 2) min, clear difference between groups, statistically significant (t=7. 8377, P<0. 05);At the same time, the experimental group of patients with complications, 8. 6% of the total incidence of 8. 6% significantly lower than the control group, the differences between the groups with statistical significance (χ2= 4. 8421,P<0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive care for newborn via peripheral venous indwelling central venous catheter nursing for, can speed up the recovery rate of neonatal body, effectively reduce the complications at the same time, plays an important role in the newborn's recovery, has high clinical significance, is worth promoting.关键词
