河南省城市社区基本公共卫生服务实施现状及公平性分析
Equilibrium analysis of basic public health services in city areas in Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
Aim: By analyzing the equilibrium of basic public health service distribution in 18 cities of Henan Province, pro-vide the basis for reasonable establishing regional health planning in Henan Province.Methods: Descriptive analysis method was used to describe the basic public health service allocation status in city areas in Henan Province based on the data of 2013 and the Gini coefficient and the Theil index were used to calculate the balance of basic public health service allocation in city areas in Henan Province.Results: Most of the Gini coefficient of basic public health service items in city areas in Henan Province were less than 0.3.The Gini coefficient of real vaccination service, the number of infectious disease report card, the management rates of patients with other chronic diseases were between 0.3 and 0.4.The Gini coefficient of health reporting rate in supervision assist and manage-ment was more than 0.4.The contribution rate among groups of other groups was more than the group contribution rate except real vaccination service doses, the number of infectious disease report card, the number of severe mental management and the number of type 2 diabetes management.Conclusion: The balance of basic public health service allocation in city areas is better in Henan Prov-ince, and balanced allocation of basic public health service could be basically finished.Meanwhile,the non-balance of basic pubic health service allocation in city areas still exists, which is mainly caused by the inter-regional non-equilibrium.关键词
