非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝组织中 Irisin 的表达
Expression of Irisin in liver tissue of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
摘要
Abstract
Aim: To evaluate the expression of Irisin in liver tissue of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and analyze its significance.Methods: The clinical data of patients ,including 56 cases of biopsy-proven nonal-coholic simple fatty liver(NAFL)and 75 cases of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) were retrospectively analyzed.Twen-ty cases without fatty change or adipose hepatitis were the control .Irisin expression in liver biopsy tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results: There were no significant differences in age or sex ratio among the 3 groups (P >0.05).Compared with control,there was abnormal lipid metabolism in NAFL and NASH groups .The Irisin expression level in NAFL and NASH groups was higher compared with control group (P <0.05),while there was no significant differ-ence between NAFL and NASH groups (P >0.05).Conclusion: Irisin may act as a compensatory regulation factor for lip -id accumulation in hepatocytes .关键词
