Construction of comprehensive index framework on evaluation of basic level health inspection and supervision institutes
摘要
Abstract
Aim: To improve the capability and performance of basic level health inspection and supervision institutes. Methods: The comprehensive evaluation framework was designed through literacy research and expert consultation, and the in-dex system was evaluated through Delphi method.Results: An evaluation framework consists of 9 dimensions and 31 sub-indexes was established.Conclusion: This paper laid a very important and necessary foundation for building a long-term inspection and supervision management mechanism which is also very helpful to improve the utilization of limited health resources.关键词
