摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effect of different heat treatment technology on grooving corrosion of HFW pipe, the grooving corrosion sensitivity coefficient of 20 steel HFW pipe was measured by adopting constant potentials anodic polarization approach, and carried out microstructure analysis. The results showed that the potential difference in HFW pipe weld, HAZ and base metal is the primary reason for grooving corrosion; the effective heat treatment can make structure well-distributed for weld, HAZ and base metal and grain refinement, and can remarkably reduce grooving corrosion sensitivity coefficient; the grooving corrosion sensitivity resistance under different heat treatment state is quenched-tempered heat treatment >(intermediate frequency, electric resistance furnace) heating+water cooling>as welded.
