Abstract
This paper introduced the experience of onshore power supply facility at the Cruise Terminal Altona in Hamburg, Germany, analyzed the concepts, engineering design, policies and regulations, financing channels, social participation, in order to support for policies of green onshore power promotion, reduction of the ship emission, and air quality improvement.关键词
