梯级水电开发中最小生态流量的研究--以宝兴河为例

Abstract
Hydroelectric Cascade Exploitations make some influence on ecological environment of rivers� The minimum discharged flow should be guaranteed to satisfy the basic ecological environment water resource requirements in the river� There were 14 representative sections in total having been arranged separately on the Qiaoqi, Baoxing, Xiaoguanzi and Tongtou hydroelectric station of Baoxing river basin� The geometry shape of the sections were mapped and the relative hydraulic parameters were calculated using MIKE software� Then the relationship curves between wetted perimeter and flood discharge of river sections were established to estimate the recommended minimum ecological flow� Finally the analysis and comparison among Tennant method, ecological hydraulic method and wetted perimeter method were made� The results indicated that: ( 1) the impacts of hydroelectric cascade exploitation on minimum ecological flow of Baoxing River presented that the reservior inflow increased in the high-water period, decreased in low-flow period and varied slightly in normal-flow period; ( 2) when the ecological discharge of Qiaoqi, Baoxing, Xiaoguanzi and Tongtou hydroelectric station are respectively 2�39m3/s, 3�89m3/s, 8�91m3/s and 9�86m3/s, the stability of ecosystem of the downstream can be guaranteed.关键词
