Abstract
Rural environment with public goods attribute, but farmers as the main body of rural environment in effective participation in rural environmental protection but there are many obstacles� This paper analyzes the problems existing in the rural environment, attempt to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, through optimizing the rural planning and layout, perfect the system and improve the rural environmental management to protect farmers share the achievements of the rural environmental protection; Establish a multi-channel input mechanism, in order to promote rural industrial structure adjustment and the means of production, solve the rural residents care about most, the most direct and most realistic environment, form a sound long-term effective mechanism of the rural environmental protection; According to the teaching characteristics of rural primary and secondary schools to carry out the teaching of environmental protection, environmental protection to be an integral part of quality education; To the villages and towns“to create” green work methods to improve rural residents'environmental protection consciousness, make the villagers to protect the environment consciousness of “duty” to protect the environment consciousness of “rights”.关键词
