摘要

Abstract

To raise the reliability and testing efficiency of breech system,the theory of Reliability Enhancement Testing is introduced into its reliability research. Taking the breech system of gun as the enhancement testing carrier,the enhancement testing on firing mechanism abrasion failure is studied based on virtual prototype technology. According to the force-bearing analysis,the enhancement testing technology,increasing the stiffness of firing spring,is confirmed. Through simulation and analysis,the testing results show that the abrasion enhancement coefficient increases with enhancement stress level. The definite enhancement testing technology could quicken the failure of parts and be propitious to reduce the time of Reliability Testing. The research provides theory and technology support for application of Reliability Enhancement Testing to arm mechanical systems.
