丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血清sTRAILOPGTNF-α的影响
Effects of butylphthalide injection on acute cerebral infarction and on serum sTRAIL,OPG and TNF-α
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of butylphthalide injection on acute cerebral infarction and on tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand(sTRAIL) ,bone protection factor(OPG)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Methods Totally 140 cases with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected ,who were divid‐ed into study group and control group according to the random number table method ,70 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment ,the study group received butylphthalide injection treatment on the basis of the control group.Then clinical effect was evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) ,and the levels of TNF-α, OPG and sTRAIL before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results NIHSS scores before treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05) ,which were decreased after treatment in both two groups.Additionally ,the study group got lower scores relative to the control group(P< 0.05);Before treatment ,there were no significant differences between two groups in terms of the levels of serum TNF-α,OPG and sTRAIL ,all of which were reduced after treatment ,and the study group had more prominent reduction compared with the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide injection has a good effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction ,which can reduce the levels of serum sTRAIL ,OPG and TNF-α.关键词
