Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationships between vascular factors and cognitive dysfunction in patients with is‐chemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Ninety patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted into the hospital from September 2014 to March 2015 were selected and divided into three groups :mild-risk group ,moderate-risk group and high-risk group. The cerebrovascular hemodynamics of each group was calculated by transcranial doppler ultrasound.Cognitive function was assessed by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale ,and the relationships between vascular factors and cognitive impair‐ment were analyzed. Results The cognitive function of the high-risk group that presented less scores of animal naming test , graphic drawing ,digital alternating test ,verbal rehearsal ,language fluency ,delayed memory ,alertness ,computing power ,time orientation and other aspects ,was lower than that of mild-risk group. The flow velocity of the right cerebral artery of the high risk group increased significantly ,compared with that of the mild-risk group and the moderate-risk group;Only the contrast differences in terms of the mean flow velocity in the left side of the brain basilar artery among the three groups were statistical‐ly significant(P<0.05);As for abnormal rate of spectrum ,the statistically significant contrast differences were found when compared the high-risk group with the moderate-risk group and the mild-risk group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cerebrovascular in‐jury may have a serious impact on cognitive function in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease ,which may be the related factor that causes cognitive dysfunction. With the increase of vascular risk factors ,the cognitive dysfunction is more obvious .关键词
