Abstract
Objective To discuss the correlation between sleep disorders and progressive stroke(PS) ,and to provide sci‐entific evidences for the prediction and prevention of stroke.Methods We selected 116 consecutive cases with cerebral ischemic stroke within 48 hours of symptom onset ,who were evaluated by NIHSS and PSIEGEL scales and were divided into non-pro‐gressive stroke(NPS)group and PS group based on the change of NIHSS scores.The mean SPIEGEL scores of two groups were statistically analyzed.In the PS group ,we performed Pearson correlation analysis between mean PSIEGEL scores and change of NIHSS scores.Results Of all the 116 cases ,36 cases were in PS group with progression incidence of 31.03%.There was significant difference in terms of mean SPIEGEL scores between the two groups(P<0.05) ,and the Pearson correlation a‐nalysis showed a positive correlation between the mean PSIEGEL scores and the change of NIHSS scores in the PS group.Conclusion The sleep disorders may be risk factors for progressive stroke.And the more serious the sleep disorders are , the more obvious the progressive stroke will be .关键词
