Abstract
Objective To research the influences of atorvastatin combined with ShuXueTong injection on blood lipid level in patients with acute cerebral infarction and on carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods We selected 116 cases with acute cere‐bral infarction from May 2011 to August 2014 and randomly divided them into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with pure atorvastatin therapy ,and patients in the observation group received ShuXueTong in‐jection combined with atorvastatin.After treatment ,blood lipid levels and the detection of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results The levels of total cholesterol ,triglyceride ,low density lipoprotein in the observa‐tion group were significantly lower than that in the control group ,while the level of high density lipoprotein was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group ,after treatment ,the observation group had thinner carotid intimal-media thickness(IMT) ,smaller area of atherosclerotic plaque and less number of plaques ,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ShuXueTong injection on the basis of atorvastatin can effectively improve the blood lipid levels and local condition of carotid artery ,can stabilize carotid atherosclerotic plaques ,which should be worthy of ideal clinical application .关键词
