Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing and the continuation of the role played in the family rehabili‐tation for stroke patients.Methods Totally 128 stroke patients from January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group of 64 cases received routine nursing for neurological disease ,the observation group of 64 cases received the nursing intervention on the basis of conventional care.All the patients were followed up for 6 months.According to the Barthel index (BI) ,Fugl-Meyer index (FM ) ,self-rating depression scale(SDS) ,quality of life scale (QOL) score ,the independent living ability ,life quality and compliance behavior outside the hospital were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance behavior outside the hospital in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) .BI ,FM ,SDS in the observation group were sig‐nificantly better than those of the control group ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05) .QOL score in the ob‐servation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) . Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for stroke patients can significantly increase the compliance behavior of patients after discharge and the ability to live independently ,and improve the quality of life.关键词
