Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of pre-hospital first aid on severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage pa-tients ,in order to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment .Methods A total of 142 cases of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the research objects ,and were divided into two groups ;control group was directly admitted to the hospital for treatment ,without a hospital first aid ;the observation group was given pre-hospital first aid .The quality of life and complications of the two groups were observed .Results In the control group ,central high fever ,airway obstruction ,cerebral hernia ,respiratory failure ,gastrointestinal bleeding rate were 38 . 03% ,26 .76% ,25 .35% ,15 .49% ,12 .68% ;the observation group were 22 .53% ,14 .08% ,12 .68% ,8 .45% ,5 .63% ,there were significant differences between the two groups(P< 0 .05) ;the cure rate of control group was 14 .08% ,the mortality rate was 29 .58% ,the total effective rate was 52 .11% ;the cure rate of observation group was 23 .94% ,the mortality rate was 14 . 08% ,the total effective rate was 74 .65% ,there was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0 .05) ;after treatment , the quality of life of physiological function ,physiological function ,bodily pain ,social function ,emotional function and mental health in the two groups had statistical significances(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The pre-hospital first aid for severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has a better prognosis ;the pre-hospital first aid can rescue time ,improve the clinical effect ,and reduce the complications .关键词
