基于TGF-β-Smad通路探讨壮骨止痛方对绝经后骨质疏松症的治疗
Effect of Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction on the Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis based on TGF-β-Smad Pathway

Abstract
Objective To explore the Zhuanggu Zhitong prescription on postmenopausal osteoporosis by TGF-β-Smad pathway, and to explore its mechanism. Methods Sixty female rats were randomly divided into blank control group, sham operation group, model group and Zhuanggu Zhitong Fang group and extract the corresponding serum, the primary into bone cells were extracted and cultured, and added with the corresponding serum to culture. A series of indexes on the cells, such as alkaline phosphatase, alizarin red staining and immunohistochemical staining were determined. Results A lot of cells were dyed blue purple and with orange red nodules of calcification. The TGF-β and Smad protein expression in Zhuanggu Zhitong Fang group was significantly higher than those in the blank control group and sham operation group. The protein expression level in model group was the lowest, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhuanggu Zhitong prescription can treat postmenopausal osteoporosis by TGF-β-Smad signaling transduction pathway and show a significant increase in the expression level of the pathway.关键词
