耳穴按压对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪的干预研究
The Intervention Study of Auricular Point Press on Malignant Tumor Patients in Middle and Advanced Stage

Abstract
Objective To study the intervention of auricular point press combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in negative emotion of patients with malignant tumor in middle and advanced stage. Methods 120 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into the control group (60 cases) and intervention group (60 cases). The control group was received traditional Chinese medicine nursing treatment. The intervention group was added with auricular point press to intervene based on traditional Chinese medicine nursing treatment. The symptom self-rating scale of the two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results The scores of physiological dysfunction, psychological dysfunction, daily activities, and social dysfunction of the patients in intervention group were lower than the patients in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the satisfaction scoring after treatment is higher than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The middle and advanced cancer patients have significant psychological disorders, the auricular point press combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing can improve the patient's negative emotions and the quality of life.关键词
