The Review of Effects of Tranditional Chinese Medicine on Autoimmune Inflammatory Diseases by Regulating the Differentiation of Th17 Cell
摘要
Abstract
T helper 17 (Th17) are closely related to multiple inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases and cancer. The differentiation imbalances biasing Th17 are found in most autoimmune inflammatory diseases. The differentiation of Th17 often determines the degree and the duration of inflammation. In the treatment of inflammatory, Traditional Chinese Medicine, which has accumulated rich experience, has a large advantage and potential. Many single herb and traditional Chinese medicine compound are proved having obvious effect of immunological regulation and inflammatory inhibition. We made a review of differentiated regulation of Th17 and regulating effect's research advance of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, ankylosing spondylitis, chronic prostatitis and other diseases.关键词
