The Project Objectives and the Relational Degree Analysis of PPP Model
摘要
Abstract
The objectives system of PPP project was built by combining with the characteristics of public‐private part‐nership (PPP) project .Then the gray correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the PPP project . Firstly ,the PPP project target system includes quality schedule ,cost ,risk sharing and other eight objectives system .Second‐ly ,the basic principle and the calculation steps of the gray relational analysis method of the gray correlation degree analysis were introduced and then used in the analysis of the PPP project objectives .Finally the specific case was selected to analyze the relationship between the PPP project objectives .关键词
