以供给侧结构性改革推进“高精尖”产业结构的构建--以北京市为例
Using the Supply-side Structural Reform to Promote the Construction of“High-grade,Precision and Advanced”Industrial Structure-A Case Study of Beijing

Abstract
This paper uses the entropy weight method to construct the“high-grade,precision and advanced”industrial structure index system of Beijing.Then it establishes the spatial Durbin model by the data of 3 1 provinces from 2002 to 2013 to analyze the effect of supply-side structural reform on “high-grade,precision and advanced”industrial structure. The regression results show that:(1 )the effect of the government infrastructure spending reduced gradually,but the effect of science and technology spending increased;(2)the effect of the government tax revenues turns negative;(3)the effect of the financial industry is no longer significant;(4)nationalization and financial environment has a negative spillover effect reform of space.According to the results,this paper suggested that the government should use the way of supply-side reform such as structural tax cuts,state-owned enterprise reform and financial system reform,to promote the construction of“high-grade,precision and advanced”industrial structure.关键词
