Abstract
Objective:Through the influence of observation of donepezil taking medicine at different time on quality of sleep in patients with Alzheimer's disease to provide guidance for the clinical application of the drug.Methods:The April 2013 to June 201 5 in our hospital,1 50 cases of sleep disorders associated with Alzheimer's patients as research subjects were randomly divided into three groups,each group 50 cases,group A taking galantamine,group B taking donepezil at night,group C taking donepezil in the moring.Detection Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Epworth index were tested after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:After treatment,the PSQI index of group C was significantly different with that of A group(t =12.14,P <0.05)and B group(t =32.50,P <0.05),and the Epworth index of group C was also different with that of group B(t =5.59,P <0.05)and group A(t =1 6.22,P <0.05).In group B,before and after treatment PSQI index,Epworth index had no difference(t =0.14,0.47;P >0.05 ).Conclusion:In the morning, taking donepezil may improve sleep better in Alzheimer's patients.关键词
