定期技能康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响
Effect of Regular Skill Rehabilitation Training on Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of regular skills rehabilitation training on the quality of life of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each group.All patients were treated according to the routine treatment of schizophrenia treatment.For 1 year,the control group was followed up after discharge;The intervention group took regular skills rehabilitation training.Quality of life and the change of condition of patients with schizophrenia patients quality of life scale(SQLS) and positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)was used.Results:There were significant differences between be-fore and after intervention(F group=23.679,63.230,80.565,3.271;P <0.05),intervention and time had interaction (F interactive= 1 5.548,23.1 73,21.094,1 7.053;P < 0.001 )and there were group difference(F Group = 27.686, 1 6.475,28.541,27.666;P <0.001).Compared with the same period,the research group of the reduction of the magni-tude of each scale were greater than the control group (t =-4.731,-3.891,-4.484,-4.027,-5.732,-4.348,-4.048,-2.276;P <0.001 ).Conclusion:Regular skills rehabilitation training can improve the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia,which is conducive to the control of the disease.关键词
