Correlation Study on Professional Commitment and Social Support of Teachers in Special Education School
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between teacher's professional commitment and social support in special education school.Methods:A total of 108 teachers in special education school were tested by the professional commitment scale and perceived social support scale.Results:There was significant correlation between professional commitment and social support of teacher in special education school(r =0.521,P <0.001 ).Social support in some way had contribution to professional commitment of teacher in special education school(B=0.370,P =0.001).Con-clusion:Professional commitment of teacher in special education school is differently correlated with the dimensions of social support.To enhance social support can help to improve teacher's professional commitment.关键词
