Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Tai Chi exercise on the mental health and quality of life in patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods:Dividing 58 patients with Parkinson’s disease into the intervention group(29 ca-ses)and the control group(29 cases)randomly.On the basis of the routine rehabilitation exercises,Tai Chi exercise was used in the intervention group.SCL- 90 and WHOQOL-BREF were used to evaluate the mental health and quality of life.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups of the scores of factors of with somatization,compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostile,terrorist,paranoid and psychosis of SCL-90(P >0.05)and WHOQOL-BREF(P >0.05).After intervention,there was significant differ-ence between the two groups of SCL-90(t =6.91,3.97,6.37,7.52,8.35,4.61,4.24,4.69,7.25;P <0.05)and WHO-QOL-BREF(t =3.31,P <0.01).Conclusion:Tai Chi exercise can improve mental health and the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease.关键词
