现代针灸教材关于呕血的“同功穴”分析
Modern acupuncture teaching materials about“analogous acupoint”of hematemesis

Abstract
Objective By collating the modern acupuncture acupoints in attending hematemesis in the textbooks, sum up the“analogous acupoint”and its regularity of hematemesis,provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and acupuncture prescription. Methods Based on the network retrieval and manual retrieval two ways to retrieve its law of hematemesis,on the frequency,the spectrum analysis,which is,rules,and the acupoints indications. The National Standard GB / T30233-2013 was analyzed. Results Through statistical 30 of modern acupuncture and moxibustion teaching material,the attending of hematemesis“analogous point”there are 40,subordinate to the meridi-ans to foot Taiyang bladder meridian,handShaoyin heart meridian,hand Jue pericardium by,where the position of up-per limbs,chest and abdomen. The author made frequency in acupoint 19-23 times as a spectrum,a total of four acu-points;the frequency in the 4-15 acupoints as secondary spectrum,a total of 10 acupoints;the frequency in 1 - 3 times of acupoints as triple spectrum,a total of 26 acupoints. Conclusion The 7 acupoints of treating hematemesis in the National Standard GB / T30233-2013,consistent with hematemesis“analogous acupoint”.关键词
