实施试管婴儿治疗患者焦虑抑郁状态研究及其干预
Interventions treatment for IVF patients in anxiety and depression
摘要
Abstract
In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer treatment is a chronic process,often accompanied by poor o-ocyte retrieval,little embryos,implantation failure and many other problems,so patients prone to be anxiety and de-pression. Anxiety and depression are often associated with IVF treatment outcome,because they could influence the hy-pothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,the sympathetic nervous system,the immune system,and normal hormone secretion. At present,cognition and response training,psychosomatic treatment(including yoga meditation relaxation)as well as a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture is mainly taken to adjustment psychological stress. A-mong them,the traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and auricular therapy obtain a positive effect in relieving the psychological pressure state,regulation of blood hormone levels,improving embryo quality,endometrial receptivity and surgical outcomes.关键词
