摘要
Abstract
The etiology and pathogenesis of TCM on palpitation arrhythmia complex,its dialectical classification for deficiency of cardiac Qi,deficiency of heart and spleen,yang deficiency in the heart and kidney,obstruction of the blood stasis,deficiency of Qi and Yin,obstrucyion by phlem-turbidity,and other syndromes resistance by decoction, proprietary Chinese medicine preparations,acupuncture and so on many kinds of ways to benefit the cardiac Qi,tonify heart and spleen,warm and invigorate the heart and kidney,activate the circulation of blood to remove blood stasis, discharge the turbidity,sweep phlegm,and curative effect is distinct. TCM has abundant experiences in prevention and treatment of arrhythmia,with the modern research of TCM anti-arrhythmia more depth and extensive,its dialectical un-derstanding and treatment strategies are constantly updated and breakthrough,but it has many insufficiencies in lower-ing the mortality rate. In the future,attempts should be devoted to the exploration and summarization of empirical pre-scription of Chinese medicine with exact efficacy,the research and development of novel TCM preparation,and the ex-pansion of new anti-arrhythmic TCM methods.关键词
