宣肺化痰汤治疗急性支气管炎
Xuanfei Huatan decoction treatment of acute bronchitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Xuanfei Huatan Decoction on 128 cases of acute bronchi-tis. Methods The 128 cases of patients with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and obser-vation group with 64 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Xuanfei Huatan decoction while the observa-tion group was given Jizhi Syrup for 7d to observe the curative effect on expectoration. Results The study group has clinical cure 32 cases,markedly effective 15 cases,effective 12 cases,treatment effectiveness 92. 2% ,the control group has clinical cure 20 cases,markedly effective 11 cases,effective 18 cases,treatment effectiveness 76. 6% ,the differ-ence is significant(P < 0. 05);compared the curative effect on expectoration,the study group has clinical cure 41 ca-ses,effective 19 cases,treatment effectiveness 93. 8% ,the control group has clinical cure 21 cases,effective 31 cases, treatment effectiveness 81. 3% ,the difference is significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xuanfei Huatan decoction com-bines cold - warm and expelling pathogens from both interior and superficies by downbearing the turbid by Bombyx Batryticatus,promoting qi by turmeric,allaying fever by gypsum fibrosum,antibacterial by rhubarb and anti-swelling by ephedra.关键词
