滋阴清热法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎
Ziyin Qingre method treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the method of heat treatment and analysis of ziyin the clinical effect of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Select our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were treated 90 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis,according to the time sequence is divided into western medicine and Chinese medicine group,45 cases in each group,western medicine group was given routine anti-infection,anti-inflammatory therapy,Chi-nese medicine group on the basis of the method of heat treatment with traditional Chinese medicine ziyin,compared two groups of patients with comprehensive curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The western medicine group integrated with the total effective rate of 71. 11% ,Chinese medicine group integrated the total effective rate was 88. 89% ,and comprehensive total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously higher than that of western medicine group,with statistical significance(P <0. 05). Western medicine group of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine the total effective rate was 73. 33% ,the TCM symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 91. 11% ,the TCM symptoms of tradition-al Chinese medicine group total effective rate was obviously higher than western medicine group,with statistical signifi-cance(P < 0. 05). Western medicine group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 17. 78% ,the incidence of adverse reactions was 20. 00% ,Chinese medicine group of western medicine group and compared the incidence of adverse re-actions of traditional Chinese medicine group were no significant difference(P > 0. 05). Conclusion Based on the conventional western medicine combined with Ziyin Qingre method can effectively promote the urine,dry wet water, tonic temper,is beneficial to improve immunity and resistance.关键词
