针灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征选穴规律探讨
Treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome with acupuncture point selection rule analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective mary rules of acupoints selection in recent 10 years of acupuncture for treatment of diar-rhea-irritable bowel syndrome. Methods “ diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome”“ acupuncture”“ acupoint selection rules”as keywords,based on clinical literature in recent 10 years of acupuncture for treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome were CNKI Net search,methods using artificial statistics will be included in the literature,the acu-points selected statistics,calculate the main points,acupoints,owned by the frequency and acupoint selection part,fur-ther analysis of the main points,acupoints,meridian and acupoints selected parts of the law. Results Acupuncture for treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome is often selected for Tianshu,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Zhongwan,Sanyinjiao, Pishu,Taichong,Shangjuxu,Yinlingquan,Xiajuxu;The meridians mainly concentrated in the Ren meridian,Stomach meridian,spleen meridian,Liver meridian;The distribution of point area mainly concentrated on four limbs,thorax and abdomen. Conclusion Acupuncture for treatment of diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome is often selected for Tianshu, Zusanli,Zhongwan;The meridians mainly concentrated in the Ren meridian,stomach meridian,spleen meridian,back- <br> shu acpoint and Low-he point of the stomach and intestine;The distribution of point area mainly concentrated on thorax and abdomen,four limbs.关键词
