面向无线网络的可伸缩视频编码传输策略
SVC transmission scheme over wireless networks
摘要
Abstract
For the conventional transmission schemes for SVC over wireless networks without take into account the distortion and energy consumption,this paper proposed a SVC transmission scheme based on minimizing the distortion and energy con-sumption.The scheme calculated the total video distortion according to distortion which caused by coding process and packet loss event,and analyzed the energy consumption of nodes based on the power of transmission system.Then it formulated the SVC transmission scheme as an optimization problem subject to the transmission energy consumption,time and quality con-straints,and obtained the coding parameters by solving the problem.Simulation results reveal that the proposed scheme reduce the average distortion,and achieves notable video quality improvements under the same energy consumption,compared with the typical conventional scheme.关键词
